What is your delivery charge?

When do you deliver?

We will contact you when your kitchen is ready for delivery (usually 2-4 weeks) and arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you.

 

What happens if I've ordered the wrong items?

Don't worry just call us. In all likelihood if you have recognised the error within 24 hours we should be able to change it. For time periods after 24 hours, we will still correct the mistake but this may result in a slight delay in shipping.

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

YES. Every kitchen comes with a 5-year guarantee. All of our appliances also come with a 5 year manufacturer's guarantee.

 

Are the carcasses colour-coded to the doors?

All kitchens in our Standard Range are fully colour-coded. We have spent years researching the most common colours of carcasses and have come up with the closest possible colour matching to ensure a real visual treat.

 

Do you supply soft close drawers?

Every drawer comes with a soft close plunger as standard and without extra charge. You may to upgrade to the full anti-slam drawer systems which are available at an additional charge.
